皇冠酒樓,成立於1979年.多年來,在創辦人余金晃先生OAM的苦心經營下,從一間小規模的酒樓,發展到多元化的餐飲業.現在的皇冠機構,除了酒樓以外,尚擁有皇冠麵包西餅、皇冠燒臘粥麵、皇冠鮮肉巿場及皇冠一品豆腐.
皇冠酒樓營業由早上七時半直至第二天凌晨一時半,其中包括早餐,午茶,晚飯及夜宵.最近又增設西式早餐和下午茶,中西烹調技術共冶一爐.二樓更有舒適優雅的廳房.真是樣樣俱備,應有盡有. 麵包餅店,除了蛋糕西餅外,亦供應傳統的唐餅、中式糕點,甚至年糕,鹹肉糭,中秋月餅等.馳名燒烤,化皮乳猪,脆皮燒鴨,再來一碗水餃或雲吞麵,都可在皇冠燒臘店食到.皇冠肉店每天供應不同新鮮肉食,猪牛羊雞鴨等,取價公道,服務忠誠.還有豆腐,相信除了一品豆腐外,並沒有別家的豆腐是用石磨來造的了.
環顅雪梨唐人街,從三十年前開始到現在,由始至終都是同一個東主的,祇有皇冠機構.而一直以來,皇冠機構都秉承著待人以誠, 取諸社會,回饋社會的精神去服務社群.此點亦得到主流社會及僑胞的認同.願皇冠機構尚有第二個、第三個三十年,就像王者冠上的一顆明珠,散發著迷人耀目的光彩.
Established in 1979, situated  in the heart of Sydney’s Chinatown, Emperor’s Garden Restaurant offers the ultimate, exquisite Cantonese cuisine. For nearly 30 years, under the helm of Mr. Stanley Yee OAM, Emperor’s Garden has expanded from a 80 seat small restaurant  to the one which contains now two storeys with a total 350 seat. Other businesses we have: Emperor’s Garden Cake & Bakery; Emperor’s Garden BBQ & Noodles Restaurant; Emperor’s Garden Meat Market and also Emperor’s Garden Soya Bean  Products. With passion, determination and full commitment, the team of Emperor’s Garden management and staff, is heading for another 30, 60 even 90 years.
